Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Most orders are fulfilled from our Distribution Centre, however, due to stock availability, your order may be split and be fulfilled from multiple locations. If you have received your order and you have a missing item, it is likely your package has been separated into two shipments. If this is the case, you should receive two tracking emails.
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional import taxes and duties. In most cases, such duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and these may vary widely from country to country.
